I really love how open and bright the flat is. The living room is my favourite spot—those big windows let in so much light, and the fireplace makes it super cosy in the winter while still feeling fresh and airy all year round. The kitchen diner is another highlight, especially after the recent updates. It’s perfect for cooking and having people over. The balcony is my little escape too, and being on the second floor with a secure gate gives me peace of mind knowing it’s private and safe.

Why are you selling?

It’s simply time for a new chapter. I’ve loved living here, but I’m ready to move on to something different. It’s a fantastic home, and I know whoever moves in will enjoy it as much as I have.
