Owner’s Comments;
I bought this flat during Covid and renovated it fully as a passion project, updating every room along the way.
It’s been a great home, and one of the things that surprised me most is how peaceful it feels.
Foulden Road is quiet and tucked away, but you’re moments from Church Street with its restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. Dalston and Newington Green are both an easy walk for eating out, Clissold Park is close by for green space, and the Overground at Dalston Kingsland makes getting into central London straightforward, usually around 35 minutes.
In summer, the south-facing balcony gets used constantly. With the doors open, it feels like an extra room off the kitchen and gets sun from morning through to the evening. I
In winter, the flat comes into its own in a different way — the wood burner makes it instantly cosy, and the living room is large enough to comfortably host dinner parties as well as quiet nights in.
There’s also a small workstation tucked away in the living room, which has worked really well for working from home without disrupting the space.
It’s a flat that adapts well to the seasons and works easily year-round. I’ve really enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave, but I’m moving on due to a change in circumstances.
Location;
Neighbouring Stoke Newington, Hackney and Newington Green make it a vibrant place to live, with an array of independent shops and award-winning bars and restaurants, and it is next to Stoke Newington Road for your everyday amenities.

All while the neighbourhood retains a strong sense of community and village-like character.
