Homes Partnership
Homes Partnership Southern Ltd, 44 High Street
Description
Homes Partnership is delighted to bring to the market this two double bedroom, semi-detached property located in a private cul-de-sac, in the heart of Horley, close to the train station and local amenities. The property is bright and airy throughout and very well presented by the current owners. There is an entrance hall with a window to the side aspect and stairs rising to the first floor. A lounge/dining room to the front provides a great space to relax, or host social gatherings, and there is a refitted kitchen with a built-in oven and hob, and integral appliances, offering space for culinary whizzes to work wonders! Ascending to the first floor, bedroom one has a range of fitted wardrobes, and the second bedroom has a built-in wardrobe/cupboard, ensuring storage is not a problem. The bathroom has been refitted and offers a bath with a shower over, providing options for an indulgent bath or a quick shower. Moving outside, the front is paved, providing a driveway for two vehicles, and there is an electric car charging point. The rear garden has a paved patio area, ideal for al fresco dining, a drink after work, or a morning coffee; the remainder is mainly laid to lawn. To the rear of the garden, there is a summerhouse/office. With schools easily accessible, this would be a great home for a young couple and we would urge a viewing to see if this could be your next home.
