    Covers landlord instruction and preparation of new legal documents.

  • Change of Tenant (Sharer): £50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant, or higher if justified by additional costs.
    Includes reference checks, Right-to-Rent checks, deposit registration, and legal document preparation.

  • Early Termination:
    If a tenant ends the tenancy early, they will be responsible for the landlord’s re-letting costs and rent due until a new tenancy begins. Charges will not exceed the remaining rent on the tenancy.
