A glazed stairwell and full-length glass bridge seamlessly link the wings, while simultaneously uniting privacy and transparency. While the southern wing contains a sunken snug, set one metre below ground, featuring exposed brickwork, built-in oak-veneer cabinetry and fireplace. Upstairs, there are two interlinked children’s bedrooms, a guest room and the principal suite. Below ground, a full-footprint studio spans the site, this adaptable space was once a grass playground with a trampoline, swings and slide. Now serving as a soundproofed gallery, gym, and multi-purpose creative space. The basement exemplifies the home’s flexibility, reflecting the owners’ commitment to adaptability and imaginative living.
