Overview
TDS Custodial is free deposit protection, with TDS holding the deposit securely throughout the tenancy. The direct integration with Street.co.uk lets you register deposits with TDS straight from the tenancy, with the registration number, registration date and deposit certificate added automatically once TDS confirms. At the end of the tenancy, you can send repayment requests with itemised deductions to TDS from Street.co.uk.

Getting started
You'll need an active TDS Custodial membership, your API key, Member ID and Branch ID. To get your API key, email api_enquiries@tenancydepositscheme.co.uk with your membership number. Then, in Street.co.uk, go to Settings > Account Administration > Integrations > TDS Deposits, open the Configuration tab and click 'Add deposit scheme'.
