Street Systems provides a customer relationship management ("CRM") tool for Members (estate agents and letting agents) to advertise available properties, govern transactions, and provide updates to their customers.
This policy applies to the personal data that Street Systems holds. A separate policy governs the arrangements between Street Systems and Members regarding personal data, which can be found in their terms of business documents.
2. Who Are We
Street Systems Ltd (company number 12168781, registered office 11-13 Spear Street, Manchester M1 1JU) operates the website. We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so, we are the 'controller' of this information for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
3. Our Website
This policy relates to your use of our Site. Our Site may link to other third-party websites that provide ancillary services, such as Her Majesty's Land Registry. These third parties will have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you review them. They will govern the use of personal information which you submit or which is collected by cookies and other tracking technologies whilst using these sites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.

Source: Members or third parties such as the Land Registry.
We use this information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide our CRM services to Members
- Enable Members to advertise available properties
- Allow Members to communicate with you about their services
- Assist parties in researching market and property trends and approximating property values
- Build property databases and identify valuation trends for commercial purposes
Legal basis: Legitimate interest, Contract.
Property data often ceases to be personal data over time and can remain available for the purpose of providing historical data such as previous sale or letting prices.
Personal account information
Information: Name, contact details, current residential address, details of properties of interest, information relating to the sale or let of property, communication details.
Source: You and Members.
We use this information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Contact you regarding your account or use of the Site
- Provide our CRM services to Members
- Enable Members to advertise available properties
- Allow Members to communicate with you about their services and send you property transaction alerts
- Provide clear, auditable communication between you and Members regarding their services
Legal basis: Legitimate interest, Contract, Consent (where applicable).
Storage: We will store your personal information for a period of two years after processing is complete for the purpose of service provision and monitoring market trends. Where we have your consent, we will store your personal data for a period of two years for the purpose of contacting you about other services from Street Systems' group of companies and third parties. After two years, your data may be retained in an anonymised form for the purpose of monitoring market trends.
Electronic device information
Information: IP address, MAC address of wireless network interface, user preferences on the Site.
Source: Technical data collected from your device when you use the Site.
We use this information to:
- Provide the services available on the Site
- Review our provision of the service and provide improvements and optimisations
- Troubleshooting, data analysis, statistical and survey purposes
Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
Storage: We will store your personal information for a period of two years after processing is complete for the purpose of reviewing and monitoring patterns and trends on the Site. After two years, your data may be retained in an anonymised form.
7. Who we share your personal information with
We may share your personal data with third parties, such as Members or suppliers, where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so. This allows us to provide you with the Service and to offer you additional services or introduce you to service providers.
Some of these third-party recipients may be based outside the UK and EEA — please refer to the section 'Transfer of your information out of the UK and EEA' for further details.
We will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law. We will not share your personal information with any other third party.
8. Transfer of your information out of the UK and EEA
We may transfer your personal information to countries outside the UK and the EEA. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about our use of your information. The GDPR also gives you the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Economic Area (or EEA) state or the UK where you work, normally live, or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.
