Listing Performance Reports.

The launch of our new Listing Performance Reports has enabled agents to instantly access and deliver high level insights like marketing data, AI-summarised viewing feedback, and visualised pricing sentiment. The reports can be downloaded as a PDF and seamlessly sent to clients, helping to guide negotiations, support price adjustments (where necessary), and even reduce the chances of property withdrawals.

These reports are a true game changer, helping to showcase your service value while simultaneously streamlining a once laborious process. While your productivity is enhanced, your customer service sky-rockets, keeping clients informed no matter what.

Dedicated Customer Care Workflow.

We’ve added a brand-new table to the Property tab to complement the release of our Listing Performance Reports. This new table helps you easily track who needs a listing report next. You can even filter the table by time on the market, number of viewings, assignee, and more.

LANDLORD EXPERIENCE

Landlords can manage their listing approvals online.

We’ve added listing reviews and approvals to the online experience for your landlords. Once logged in, your landlords can now review, request changes, and approve any of their listings via their Street.co.uk account. If they request any changes, their feedback will be instantly synced with your CRM, allowing you to swiftly make adjustments. With this update, your landlords have a modern and simple way to review their listings so they feel more in control, while helping you to get properties live on portals even faster.

THE BASICS

New ways for consumers to log in and recover their Street accounts.

Customers with a Street.co.uk account can now seamlessly sign in using their Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts, or by using a magic link. And to make things even easier, we have introduced a new password reset process to help users quickly recover their accounts, reducing the need for password-related support while creating a smoother login experience.

BUYER EXPERIENCE

Applicants can leave feedback and book second viewings online.

Now, buyers can now seamlessly book a second viewing for a property they've already seen. A handy new banner instantly prompts them to leave feedback and select an available time slot if online booking is enabled. Better still, they can even submit an offer directly through their Street.co.uk account.

CLIENT ACCOUNTING

New tenancies in the Credit Table.

We've introduced a brand-new ‘Tenancies in Credit’ table within the Allocate Payments section of our Client Accounting workflow. This table clearly lists all tenancies with unallocated funds and displays the total balance at the bottom.

CLIENT ACCOUNTING

Add an opening balance for non-resident landlords.

This update allows you to add an opening balance for non-resident landlords, enabling automatic and accurate calculation of annual tax to be held and quarterly submissions to HMRC. That means you can rely on precise reporting and certification for NRL6 and NRLY.

SALES & LETTINGS

Self-serve your KYC settings.

New legislation is due to take effect which requires SMS senders to provide Know Your Customer (KYC) information. With this in mind, we have created a self-serve area in Street.co.uk’s settings which will allow you to continue sending SMS notifications from your own telephone number.

SALES & LETTINGS

EPCs updated to reflect new legislation and portal changes.

On Street.co.uk you are now able to enter EPCs with a score of over 100 and link EPC scores to portal listings without CO2 emission scores.

CLIENT ACCOUNTING

Revamped bank accounts page with a refreshed bank card design.

On the bank accounts page there’s now a much more intuitive display of your balance. The bottom of each card now clearly highlights key actions, featuring a new "Import Statement" button and easy access to imported transactions ready for reconciliation. Bank cards are even styled to visually match the actual card being used.

CLIENT ACCOUNTING

Add a custom payment reference for landlords and contractors.

This seamless feature allows agents to use a custom payment reference, ensuring that recipients can easily identify the payment source when receiving payments. This is especially useful for contractors or landlords who require specific reference numbers for their jobs or payments relating to their portfolio, making the payment process smoother and more transparent.

SALES & LETTINGS

New card designs on the property page.

We have updated the cards on our property pages to include more streamlined and actionable options for each one. The revamped design is cleaner, more organised, and packed with useful information, making the property page more dynamic and functional than ever before.

SALES & LETTINGS

See previous valuations when creating a new valuation.

Now whenever you’re creating a new valuation, you can easily access the previous valuation history for the property, gaining valuable context and insight.
