We’ve made it easier than ever to locate a property or area, thanks to our newly added satellite map feature. Pick a more precise spot on the map - particularly helpful in rural areas - with the help of this new map view.

Revert properties marked as exchanged back to offer.

There’s no need to worry about accidentally or prematurely marking a property as ‘Exchanged’, thanks to our latest update.

We’ve made it even easier to revert an accidental status update back to offer! Now when a property is marked as exchanged, the user will be asked to confirm the exchange, giving them time to recognise a mistake. If a property is marked as exchange prematurely, agents can quickly revert it back to Offer Accepted or SSTC.

Assign agents to applicants.

Some agents, especially those who work at larger estate agencies, work on commission and therefore require an easy way to target their own applicants when sharing property matches.

Our brand-new column on the matching table allows you to locate an assignee and only send relevant matches to your chosen applicants - another way we’re making the life’s of agents easier.

Print out hard copies of viewing notes.

You don’t need to miss out if your branch doesn’t use the Street Agent App. We’ve now included viewing notes on the calendar print out for agents to take to viewings, so you can keep all the information you need to hand.
