What’s new in Street? May 2022 Development Update [Part Two]

Head of Product

With summer right around the corner, we’ve been busy adding even more features to our CRM to make sure agents are ready and raring to go in time for the busy season. Check out the ways in which we’ve boosted Street.co.uk over the past few weeks.

‘Provisionally’ book in viewings

Agents can now add provisional viewings to their calendar without Street.co.uk sending out a notification to the relevant parties involved - until the agent has fully confirmed the appointment. This new addition gives agents total control over their diary, helping them block out time in their schedule and keep all the initial information in one place. Provisional bookings also reduce the rate of cancellations by ensuring all parties can make the appointment before confirming. Nicely done.

Assign multiple Sales and Lettings agents to an area

Designate individual valuers to Sales and Lettings valuations - now including multiple agents. This makes sure the best person (with the best experience) is ready for the important job of valuing property of potential clients, and helping agencies win more business.

Search by address and postcode on ‘Sales Applicants’ table

We’ve updated our ‘sales applicants’ table so agents can target a specific area and reach out to applicants that are likely on the market - or just about to join. Simply search for a particular postcode and filter the list of applicants by the area they currently live in - meaning your outreach is more targeted, and you can easily gain new valuations and instructions.

Just like the UK’s glorious moments of sun, these last two weeks have been a scorcher at Street HQ. Keep your eyes peeled for more…
