Tag your colleagues in notes

Perhaps one of our most exciting new features, agents can now mention and notify colleagues in notes pages by using the @ sign and typing their name. Just like you can do on many social media platforms!

After tagging the agent, they will receive a notification in a new ‘mentions’ section of Street. This brilliant new feature helps agents quickly draw a colleague's attention if their assistance or input is required, without having to step away from the system or remember to speak to them at a later time. You can also access a complete history of mentions to refer back to whenever you need.

Add the same address for an applicant profile with multiple people

When agents are creating an applicant profile with more than one person on it (say for a married or cohabiting couple), they can now choose the same address for the second person as default. This will save the agent valuable minutes every time they create this type of applicant in the system.

New withdrawn reports

Properties can withdraw from the market at multiple stages of the Sales or Lettings process/  However, managers and business owners can now see how many of their properties were withdrawn in a set period of time, along with the status they were at when they were withdrawn for total oversight. What’s more, agents can also view the fees attached to the properties - great for keeping track of potentially lost business or revenue and creating an action plan to prevent it.

New on-market reports

As well as keeping track of any lost business or revenue, managers also need an accurate picture of the revenue that could be closed in the coming weeks and months. With our new on-market reports, agents can clearly see what’s currently on market and what fees they may earn - so they can forecast their income streams accordingly.

Book a valuation from an applicant page

We had so many requests from agents to add this feature… so we did just that. At the click of a button, you can now book a valuation directly from an applicant page - great for when you’re talking to an applicant and want to get them booked in there and then.

Brand colour picker and stickers for brochures

We’ve made our brochures even more customisable. While Street.co.uk will automatically display the agent's brand colours as options to select as the background for each page, agents now have the flexibility to change the colour scheme by using the colour picker or entering a hex code. Street.co.uk’s new ‘sticker’ feature also allows agents to upload a png image and drag it to any part of the brochure page - perfect for adding your agency’s logo and award badges.
