Easy Efficiency: How Street.co.uk Simplified Operations for Alan Batt Sales & Lettings

Business Owner & Business Manager

Transcript

Hi, I'm Alan Batt. I'm the business owner of Alan Batt Sales and Lettings and the Chartered Surveyor.

We're a family run agency, our business manager is actually my daughter.

I'm Holly. I'm the business manager for Alan Batt Sales and Lettings, and we've been here for about 40 years in Wigan.

The previous CRM that we had, it did have a lot of strengths, but it was never built as a CRM and because the old CRM was constantly breaking, what it actually did was it kind of broke down the staff a lot of the time. They were constantly second guessing themselves, whereas with Street.co.uk, it's just there.

It's on, it works perfectly. It's the easiest system I've ever used, it's the easiest system that the staff have ever used. That's not saying it's not complex, but it's not complicated.

I've met Heather and Tom a few times, particularly Heather, when they were first putting Street together, so I knew it was going to be a product that would stand out in its own right because the people at Street.co.uk & Spectre stand out.

They're brilliant to deal with. Absolutely brilliant. It's always so positive, it's never negative and I have to say, and forgive me if I've missed anybody out, but Natalie and Alex and the team that helped us with the transition, were there every day.

Our relationship with the Street support team is phenomenal, they are absolutely fantastic. To be completely honest with you, yhe team during the transition and onboarding process was so good that I actually barely remember it. It was so painless.

The working operation from my point of view as the business owner, is that Street is lightyears ahead of anything I've used in the past and the exciting bit is I know that the people behind Street.co.uk & Spectre are not gonna stop here. It's just going to keep on going to different levels.

I think you'll find that a lot of people will find CRMs are either built for sales or lettings, and they're never very good at doing both. So far, what we have found is that Street is actually very good at doing both.

I think that Street has definitely improved our relationship with consumers in the fact that they are having a more positive relationship with us on a more positive experience, particularly with having the app and having the access sort of 24 hours a day.

We're finding that being able to put like viewing feedback on and things like that on the app, and they can just pick it up when they are ready and it gives them a more positive journey but it does allow us, as a company, to read our clients better and respond better to them, which does eventually give us a better sale in the end, which is what we're all here for at the end of the day.
