Street.co.uk: 2022 in Review

Can you believe we’re already coming to the end of 2022? Despite the year passing by in a blink of an eye, our team has been working tirelessly to bring you a constant stream of new features to help make your job easier and uphold our promise of making Street.co.uk the best CRM in the industry.

So, we’re taking some time to unpack everything that has happened over the last 12 months… here are some of our best bits from 2022:

January

We kicked things off strong in 2022 after upgrading our Agent App with the photo and measure feature, helping agents quickly onboard properties on-the-go and reduce double entry.

But that’s not all… we wanted to expand Street.co.uk to be perfect for every agent, including those who cover student rentals. That’s why we launched new property tags to help agents highlight student properties on portals and flag them as appropriately.

February

As we moved into month two of 2022, things at Street.co.uk remained busy. We made it even more convenient for customers to book valuations by linking it up to Street.co.uk’s online booking functionality to help agents win even more instructions - which can be turned on with the Enable Online Valuation Bookings button.

However, that wasn’t the only thing… we also added an efficient Property Portals link which allows users to select or deselect any of the available portals, meaning listings will only be pushed on preferred sites.

March

In the third month of the year, we made booking viewings online even easier with a new feature that allows applicants to book directly from property pages on an agency’s website. Since Street.co.uk’s online booking functionality is embedded within the agent’s own websites, all the agency’s branding to uphold a consistent journey for the customer throughout the entire process.

Better yet, we added brand-new applicant pre-qualification questions, so if an applicant also has a property to sell, they will be invited to book a valuation online, so agents never miss an opportunity to win more business.

April

We’re already a quarter into the year… but that didn’t mean Street.co.uk was slowing down! We said hello to the NEW Street Insights Integration which automatically pulls through data on a specific property when it is onboarded, positioning your agents as the true experts in their territory.

April was the month for integrations because along with Street Insights, we also added the Spectre Integration. This integration is a total game changer for identifying potential opportunities for new instructions, allowing agents to win more stock by displaying if an applicant already has a property on the market and with which competitor agent.

May

May was the month we made it easier to filter through lettings applicants with customisable pre-qualification questions within the online booking journey. And, we added a new feature to allow agents to provisionally book viewings, only sending notifications to all parties after the agent finds a suitable calendar slot.

Then, as the signs of summer started to grow nearer, we said goodbye to manually signing contracts and documents, and hello to our new, fully integrated e-signatures to simplify and speed up paperwork.

June

In the blink of an eye we hit the halfway mark for 2022, so we decided to deliver some of the most requested updates and enhancements of the year so far. We kicked things off with an enhancement that allows agents to edit important document templates before sending them out, giving them complete flexibility over the content of each individual document.

July

Summer finally arrived, and so did some amazing updates…

We launched Certificate Management within Street.co.uk Property Management to help our agents adhere with compliance. This incredible feature automatically alerts agents whenever a certificate is missing or expiring for their new and existing rental properties, including electrical, gas, EPC and more.

We also made it easier to view all of your viewing and valuation appointments in one place, thanks to synchronised calendars across Outlook, Apple, Google, Microsoft and more.

Lastly, we launched a range of brand-new reports to give agents even greater insights into their business. From instructed to exchanged and sales reports, we made it easier to find the key information agents need to analyse, report and streamline their agency.

August

As we continued to enjoy our hottest summer on record, Street.co.uk didn’t slow down in the heat! We made sure you never missed a failed email send by adding a new feature that notifies you when an email doesn’t send, and even going the extra mile to explain why that has happened before the agent clicks resend.

September

September marked the growth of our integrated e-sign tool which expanded the e-signature function to cover any type of document. By using our new built-in document creator, agents can now generate a whole suite of contracts and documents and sign them all from within Street.co.uk.

But with September came one more thing, awards season! So, both our Street.co.uk and Spectre teams travelled down to London for the EA Masters Awards where we brought home TWO awards, winning Best Overall Supplier and Best Large Supplier.

October

This October, there were no tricks, only treats from the Street team as we launched our revolutionary Vendor App! The app was designed to give clients a better-than-ever moving experience, keeping them in the loop with their sale and giving them an overview of all viewing appointments on their property, alongside sell-service by viewing, accepting and rejecting appointments all from within their phone.

November

Forget fireworks, it was our Lettings Launch that truly went off with a BANG this November. In our Lettings Launch, we gave you an official first-look at our new state-of-the-art Lettings CRM.

In the launch, not only did we showcase some of Street Lettings’ most impressive features, such as the handy maintenance dashboard, automatic email communications with tenants, landlords and contractors, inspection reminders, and tenancy renewals processes… we also revealed eight huge new features to our Sales CRM.

These included @ mentions, a telephony integration and transcriptions, and the latest addition to our Agent App, the mileage calculator. If you missed the event, you can always watch it on demand.

December

This year, we gave the gift of convenience with Street.co.uk’s Tenant App. Complete with the ability to take in-app photographs and videos, tenants can describe and submit evidence of maintenance issues. Plus, live updates and push notifications mean tenants always remain informed about the progress of an issue - all from their agent-branded phone app. It’s just another example of how we’re revolutionising the game for letting agents.

But we didn’t stop there… we couldn’t let the year pass without creating updated designs and format options for window cards and brochures to help agent’s level up their marketing ahead of 2023.

Just like that, another year has come to a close! We’re so proud of the progress our team has made, but we couldn’t have done it without you. We can’t wait to see where next year takes us, so stay tuned until January 2023 where we’ll be back with even more updates.
