That paired alongside spiralling costs and the calming of the post-Covid market boom means there is more pressure on agents than ever before.
That’s why EA Masters decided to hit the road and visit agents across the country, sharing their expertise to help agents find greater success in the ever-changing market…
After teaming up with Property Academy and OnTheMarket, EA Masters decided to launch the EA Masterplan Roadshow; a tour across the UK with the single aim of arming agents with vital tools and tactics to help them create a master plan of their own.
Designed so every agent would be able to create their own customisable business strategy, each event included an exclusive keynote from OnTheMarket, and a spotlight on the latest products and services that can help bring agencies into the 21st century.
So, naturally, we had to be a part of it…
The Roadshow kicked off in Edinburgh, so we hit the road and headed up North. We sent some of our leading Street.co.uk and Spectre experts to help agents understand how the right tech can supercharge any agency - enabling them to see results no matter what is thrown their way.
When we arrived, we were greeted by some of the biggest names in Estate Agency and even got a chance to catch up with some of our clients! The event opened with a presentation from Property Academy, covering a walk-through of the entire day with a list of the upcoming talks from various suppliers - including Street.co.uk and Spectre.
During the event, there was a collection of talks that focused on maximising agency potential. The day was split into different themes with talks, including; ‘7 ways to maximise your business value’ and ‘How to create business from new opportunities’. There were also more strategy-focused talks, covering things like the PAPP Model (which focuses on combining AI and automation to deliver a more personalised service), and 6 x 2 Communication which taught new ways to interact with customers, prospects and stakeholders.
Then it was time for Street.co.uk and Spectre to take to the stage. In each of our talks, we focused on how both tools can help to make agents’ lives easier than ever. We spoke about some key features of each product, paying particular attention to how Street.co.uk and Spectre work in conjunction to help agents find new opportunities. We also explored the importance of having access to property data through our third product, Street Insights, and demonstrated how agents can utilise their own data to help with their prospecting strategy.
The whole day was a true celebration of all the different elements of the industry - with one of the key highlights being a talk from Ian Preston (from Preston Baker) who showcased how he has integrated AI into his business to help cut out the more mundane tasks that can be automated. In doing so, Ian explained how he was able to free up his team, leaving them to tackle the more personal and meaningful client-facing tasks. Alongside Ian, there were also several other notable talks, including Jen Beal who discussed the power of marketing and the value in brand engagement and, of course, MoneyPenny who talked about how they’re supporting agents with outsourcing services.
The Roadshow has been an incredible experience and it has been so great to be a part of it. We’ve loved travelling across the country chatting to some of the best agents in the UK alongside some of our favourite suppliers. Lastly, we want to say a huge thank you to EA Masters for welcoming us and putting on such an amazing series of events.
