What’s new in Street? March 2022 Development Update [Part Two]
March has been a great month for the Street team - and the best part is, it’s still not over! Join us as we take you through everything the team has been working over the past few weeks…
Cancel mass viewings in one go
We’ll admit, it was a bit of a slog to cancel mass viewings. Previously, users would have to go through each appointment and cancel them individually. But this isn’t a problem anymore… agents can now ‘select all’ from the upcoming viewings table and cancel them in one go. And the cherry on top of the cake? When an agent accepts a sales offer, they’ll be prompted to cancel all upcoming viewings on the property. This will then trigger an email to the vendor notifying them of the offer acceptance, as well as an email updating each of the applicants. It’s just another way Street does the busywork for you, so you can focus on tasks of higher value.
Send emails from within Street
This month, the team gave our email and message section a much-requested facelift; one that included a tiny change with a big impact… you can now send an email directly from the property page to anyone in the Street system - not just the vendor. Impressive, we know.
Change the way you greet clients
We’ve updated the different ways you can greet clients within our automated emails. Agents can now choose from five various greetings options, for example, "Hi John," "Hi John Doe," "Hello John," "Dear John Doe", and "Dear Mr Doe." This makes it easier to personalise your agency’s correspondence by tailoring it to your in-house style, and making your brand stand out from the crowd.
Improvements to block viewings
Managing viewings is an essential part of improving efficiency within your agency. That’s why we’ve added another option into the booking process - the option to book block viewings only. Agents can now be really specific about what viewings can be scheduled that day, so there’s never any overlap between appointments. When selecting block viewings under property settings, just click ‘Block Bookings Only.’
More information on the Sales Applicant page
Getting to know each applicant (particularly their current address and the areas they’re interested in living in) is an important part of delivering a personalised experience, and ultimately, securing a sale. Based on feedback from agents, we’ve added these two new sections to the sales applicant page, so you can always have the right information on hand when you’re helping clients find their next home.
Another two weeks down, and another five amazing updates to our groundbreaking CRM. Well, you wouldn’t expect anything less from the best, would you?
