What’s new in Street.co.uk? Development Update September 2022

Head of Product

As we reach the final week of September, we can’t help but think about how this month has flown by. Let’s take a look back at everything the Street.co.uk team has been working on…

Create and sign any type of document with an e-signature

The initial launch of our integrated e-sign tool allowed agents to sign Terms of Business agreements directly within Street itself. After the success of this particular addition, we wanted to take this feature to the next level by allowing agents to sign any type of document.

Using our own built-in document creator, agents can now generate a whole suite of contracts and documents and then sign them directly within Street.co.uk. There are also options to add multiple signatures from multiple recipients.

See when a CC/BCC contact has been added

We created the activity log so agents could keep up to date with all the emails sent from Street.co.uk relating to a particular property. To make it even easier to track these emails and see exactly who has been included in the correspondence, agents can now view CC or BCC recipients - giving them total peace of mind when checking email threads.

Sort the property grid by price

Our new property grid allows agents to digitally display their stock in a stunning tiled format to potential buyers. And with our latest upgrade, agents can now sort this feature by property price, helping them quickly sift through their available stock and show interested parties the available homes that fall within their price range - leading to more viewings (and more profits.)

View the Council Tax band for a property

Using the incredible property data from Street Insights, Street.co.uk now automatically pulls in the Council Tax banding when an agent enters a postcode and selects a property address. This latest development allows users to quickly and easily access accurate information about a property to then relay to interested parties.

Be notified when a Memorandum of Sale fails to send

Memorandums of Sale usually have multiple recipients: the vendor, vendor’s solicitor, the applicant, the applicant’s solicitor… and since each of these recipients has their own email address, there’s a chance any of these emails might bounce or fail to send. Street.co.uk now recognises when these emails don’t go through and alerts the agent in their notification centre - meaning they can quickly rectify the mistake and get ahead of any issues without wasting time.

Improvements to property brochures

Our property brochures went down such a storm with agents that we’ve also been focusing on making them even better by:

  • Updating the layout for the brochure’s cover page for a cleaner and more professional finish
  • Including car parking information on the ‘Outside Space’ page
  • Adding Tenure and Council Tax details to the property description

Once generated, these PDF brochures can be attached to an email and sent directly from the property page, so agents can send relevant and helpful information to clients in just a few clicks.

Another wealth of amazing developments have been added to Street.co.uk this September, and we’re excited to see just how much further we can take our incredible CRM this quarter…
