Street.co.uk Unveils ‘Partner Platform’ Promising 5x Boost in Referral Revenue for Agents – At Zero Cost
Street.co.uk, the multi-award-winning agency software, has today announced the launch of its new Partner Platform, a major update designed to solve the industry-wide issue of missed referral revenue. Early data from the company’s ‘Street Labs’ testing group indicates that agents using the new system have seen a five-fold increase in completed mortgage referrals.
Estate agency margins are increasingly squeezed by rising overheads and fluctuating transaction volumes, meaning relying solely on property fees is no longer an option. While many agencies attempt to bolster revenue through financial services and conveyancing referrals, manual processes and "admin fatigue" often result in significant missed opportunities.
The Partner Platform addresses this by embedding referral prompts directly into the agent’s natural workflow. Rather than relying on an agent remembering to ask about a mortgage during a busy day, Street.co.uk now intelligently prompts the agent at crucial moments, such as when registering an applicant’s financial position or during viewings.
Key features of the Partner Platform include:
- Contextual Prompts: Agents are nudged to refer exactly when a client is most receptive, either in the office or through the Street.co.uk Agent App, turning casual conversations into tracked revenue opportunities.
- Two-Way Partner Portal: Brokers, conveyancers, and removal firms get their own dedicated dashboard to receive leads, update statuses in real-time and communicate with the agent, eliminating endless email chains.
- Gamified Performance: A manager dashboard allows agencies to track referral conversion rates per staff member, complete with leaderboards to drive sales floor competition.
"We’ve long held the belief that for agents to reach new levels of growth, simply increasing instruction numbers isn't enough. Agencies need to diversify their revenue streams, but they often lack the time or tools to do it effectively.” Oyin Bambgose, VP of Sales at Street.co.uk, commented
"We spoke to one agent who estimated they were losing 40% of potential mortgage referrals simply because their process was manual. The Partner Platform plugs that leak.
By automating the task and connecting agents seamlessly with their brokers, we aren't just saving agents’ time; we are directly impacting their bottom line. The fact that early adopters are seeing a 5x increase in completed referrals speaks for itself."
Perhaps most notably, Street.co.uk announced that the Partner Platform will be completely free for estate agents. The system operates on a subscription model for the suppliers (mortgage brokers, conveyancers, etc.), allowing agencies to maximise their profit margins without increasing their operational costs.
Launched alongside the Partner Platform is Client Payments, that allows frictionless revenue collection. Agents on Street.co.uk can now bundle smaller services, such as AML checks, EPCs, and floor plans, into a single digital payment request.
Clients can pay instantly via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card, removing the friction of manual bank transfers and invoicing. Street.co.uk data suggests that by charging for these often-absorbed costs, a typical single-branch agency can generate an additional £750 per month from AML checks alone.
“We see so many agents working incredibly hard to win new business, only to miss out on revenue in the moments that follow because the tools simply aren’t there,” said Emma Martin, Product Marketing Manager at Street.co.uk.
“Client Payments takes that friction away. It’s simple for the client, fully tracked for the agent, and helps teams move faster. Together, these two new updates are designed to give agents practical, embedded ways to generate revenue from the services and conversations they already manage every day.”
Both features are available to Street.co.uk users starting today.
