What’s new in Street? January 2022 Development Update

Happy New Year! And a massive welcome back from all the team at Street.co.uk. While the world adjusts once more to the working week, we wanted to start 2022 off by bringing you the latest development updates on what we were working on over the festive period.

Tag properties as ‘student rental’

We made Street.co.uk for every type of agent, including those that cover student rentals. Agents who specialise in these types of properties can now push them to the portals and flag them as student rentals. This allows consumers who are searching specifically for this type of property to easily find them - driving even more engagement and interest in your listings.


Filter invoices by date

Last month, our talented developers optimised invoices by allowing agents to choose to whom their invoices are addressed. Now, they’ve made this feature even better. Agents can filter invoices by date created, and select from the whole calendar year, making it even easier to find specific documents and organise your workflow.

Set per annum for rental valuations

We’re focused on creating a system that fully accommodates all types of properties; that’s why our developers added a ‘per annum’ option for rental valuations. This new feature covers a standard requirement for renting commercial premises and land, meaning agents can rest assured they’ve got all legal bases covered. It’s just another way we’re making Street.co.uk the number-one tool for Lettings agents.
